In case a relative or friend who is not a Romanian citizen deceases from natural causes (age, disease) on the Romanian territory, you have to immediately contact the nearest Embassy or Consulate of the deceased's origin country. Be aware of the fact that if death was caused by any type of violent action (even if accidental, incidental or involuntar), you should not disturb the death scene or the surroundings where the body was found by touching anything. Instead, you should immediately call emergency services by dialing 112.
